How to disable ctrl+c (SIGINT) combination in putty(ssh, screen)?

I use putty on Windows. The process (game server) hangs constantly on vds, launched in screen, the use is not permanent, it is basically unnecessary to close it with SIGINT, so something urgent, definitely not necessary. And it’s not urgently possible through htop, but you can do without this signal at all, in the most similar shutdown command.
What are the options to disable this combination or signal? Windows 7 mostly.

And what for?
screen is minimized with the CTRL + A + D buttons, and then from the console you can dump the process remains.
