Purpose: registration. Facebook pixel without access to site code?

Greetings! The question arose: There is an offer from an affiliate program, I don’t have direct access to their code. Insert ref. a link to a frame on my domain, I connect the fb pixel to the site, but it turns out to set only the purpose of advertising: "traffic", with which the budget merges without result - no one registers.

And here is the very essence of the question - is it possible, having this set of features, to set up a conversion for registration? To pay for the event "completed registration"?

Or are there other easier options, setting up ads for registration without using the "traffic" goal?
