Purple stripes and hovering. What's up with the computer?

Found an old sistemnik, decided to revive. It turns on, sees a flash drive with linux, loads something, but when it comes to displaying graphics - that's such garbage. I went through different distributions, including antiX and sparkylinux, the same... What's the problem?
The monitor is fully functional, no artifacts are observed in the BIOS and when the system boots.

@DS28

the video card, or rather the video memory, is messing up
the cable to the monitor, you can still pull it, but rather the video memory.

If the video card is discrete, then try to run on the built-in one.
Test your RAM, run Memtest 86+ for a long time (8-12 hours).
