RAM - 8 GB
Video card - Nvidia GTX 750 3 g ddr 5 The
question is - Is it worth upgrading this PC after purchase? And if so, what to upgrade and to what? I'm not going to play new games, mainly for programming.

For 15k a normal option. Memory can be thrown, since there is one bar - it will be generally not bad.
