Publishing the application to Google play: stuck on "Processing update ...". What can be wrong?

Good afternoon,
We updated the corp application, immediately into the working version. Everything was fine, apk was published within a couple of hours. But at one point it was necessary to update 2 versions in a row. They uploaded one after another and the publication stretched for almost several days and still hangs in the status "Processing update ...". No errors are thrown. What can be wrong?
