When changing the "Permalinks" not "by default", but, for example, the name of the post / page, the error "Publishing error. Response is not a valid JSON response." When you return to the standard, the error disappears.
Wordpress installed on IIS.
Access to the wp IIS folder is full.
.htaccess not found, as far as I remember, this file is analogous to web.config in linux
