PSU whistles, is it a warranty case?

I am 0 in terms of BP.
PSU whistles under not the heaviest loads, in normal games.
I read several forums and topics. Some write that everything is OK, this is a normal case for a PSU, some that need to be handed over under warranty, others that it is possible due to the motherboard.

PC:
i3-9100f
GTX 1650
H310M-K
The PSU itself is Deepcool DN500

I've been sitting with this for half a year, I don't know why I didn't even think to ask: /

Well, will they exchange it under warranty?

hmm ... after how long I realized that the whistle was due to grounding.
By connecting my PC to a grounded point, the whistle disappeared (ahaha).

I understood that under zero load (i.e. idle) there is no whistle. Did I understand correctly?

It seems to me that the case is not guaranteed. Well, at least because there are no norms for a certain level of sound (whistling) at a certain load. And if they are not there, then the seller can always blurt out that the PSU is not faulty.
Therefore, if you want to replace the PSU under warranty, you need to find a technical clue. For example, you can try to find the source of the sound. This is usually a poorly impregnated (or not impregnated at all) power trance. You open the PSU and try to move its ferrite parts. You can press them with your finger while working under load (Caution! The finger must be put on a rubber glove, since there is a high voltage). If the sound disappears under pressure, or if the magnetic circuit of the trance dangles noticeably, you can already try to start an exchange with this.
On the other hand, if the whistle is much quieter than the noise from the fan, then the seller is unlikely to take your arguments seriously.

This is a warranty case, but it will be difficult for you to prove it. In general, this is easily repaired if there is a warranty workshop
. The throttle whistles obfchno, it must be filled with glue.
