Turn it into a sketch, and from a sketch into a figma.
You can also open psd in Zeplin, and already in Figma activate the integration from Zeplin.
But with all the free options, you will lose information in psd and all sorts of masks there, even through autocode. So 5 bucks on the table.
Make layouts in the softins intended for them and do not invent a wheel.
