Tell me if there is a program that works on the vpn protocol, but on my part behaves like a proxy server? I do not need to intercept all traffic, only the one that is sent to a specific port, but it works with the vpn protocol.

1. Set up your VPN so that it does not list itself as the default gateway. In this case, resources within the VPN network will be available to you, but traffic will go through the VPN only when accessing these resources.
2. Raise the proxy server, configure it so that it only serves requests from inside the VPN. Then requests to this proxy will go through the VPN, and the rest of the traffic will go directly.
Well, or try to set up ShadowSocks, it raises a local proxy that turns its traffic into a tunnel to the server.
In principle, the same thing can be done even with the help of SSH, through dynamic port forwarding.
