Proxy and authorization on the site, how to implement?

In general, I send a request to the site through a proxy, because there is no authorization from this IP address, then the site does not provide data, they will be available only after authorization. If we allow 5 requests to be sent in 5 seconds, the site freezes the account for a couple of minutes. If I send authorization cookies for one account and send requests from different proxies, the site will freeze the account or from different IP addresses - will it just ignore it?
