Proxmox (hetzner) falls tightly?

Hello!
There is a server on hetzner.de (ex-41 ssd)
With proxmox in a win cat (without an Internet.) And a router on linux from a network load of 5 users in rdp (you can say the network is loaded up to 1mb / s)
Without any systematization, it becomes a stupor some kind. (just inaccessible)
There is no clue in the server logs (it seems like they pulled it out of the socket).
only reset via Robot helps.
In support, they already checked the hardware a couple of times, everything seems to be ok !! (I also checked the hardware as best I could)

if proxmox is with an openvz kernel, then this is a nuclear problem that has no solution
