Proxmox does not see network after server transfer?

moved the server to another place, there is another router, ip proxmox 192.168.1.222 , such ip is free in the new network, connected and there is nothing ... it doesn’t ping the server not from the server, booted from live cd, everything works, what’s wrong?
I can't connect to the web interface
