given: proxmox cluster of two nodes with 10G intel network cards installed on them

problem: from openvz virtual machine on host server A to server host B or openvz virtual machine on host server B network bandwidth 2.4 gigabit. But if you measure directly from server host A to server host B, the network bandwidth is 9 gigabits. The connection is tested via iperf.

in the logs: user_beancounters, dmesg, syslog, messages for the problem is empty
