Prototyping animations in interfaces
What are the animation prototyping tools for interface design?
Axure, for example, can only do very simple actions (such as shift by x, fade with such and such an interval), but you need, for example, to reject the block by an angle, start up a glare.
Flash comes to mind. Is there something specialized?

A year ago I asked myself the same question. I did not find anything that would be made specifically for the needs of interface designers.
Flash does not give a realistic picture, but it is interactive.
Now I solve the problem by creating video clips using compositing programs: Apple Motion or Adobe After Effects. Their capabilities are quite redundant and there is no interactivity, but you can get absolutely the effect that is intended.
I think the best UI prototyping tool is Balsamiq Mockups. He immediately distracts from particulars and is able to show the big picture. After the presentation, the customer will never say: “But why do you have a green button in the prototype and not a red one?” But at the moment where the animation needs to be shown, I say: “Here we have a container for the video. I'll show you the video now. And I show a video made using Adobe After Effects - the most optimal program in terms of labor costs and results.
