Prototypes and UX/UI for the project manager. Where to begin?
Good afternoon everyone!
In Project Manager vacancies, I often meet such requirements for managers as 1) Knowledge of the basics of UX / UI 2) prototyping of interfaces
I wanted to ask you for advice: can you suggest any resources on UX / UI that will help me learn the basics sufficient for a manager project. I would also like to hear what interface protyping tools are most popular among managers

It depends on what is included in the concept of "interface prototyping", if it's a black and white sketch, then yes - Axure RP.
As for UX / UI, I recommend reading books that are suitable for a project manager:
Mike Monteiro "Design is a job" - will help you correctly present design projects and learn how to lead designers.
A mental hospital in the hands of patients - Cooper - will improve UX design skills, basically you will see problems from the past in it and how they can be solved. It will be very useful for the project manager to read.
Don't make me think - Alan Cooper is just a bible for everyone involved with interfaces.
These three small books will bring you up to date and teach you to think differently, in the field of UX.
