Prospects for the transition to 1C?
Now I am learning the language 1c, because. I want to become a developer 1s. But recently I have heard more than once that there are fewer requests from businesses to refine the functionality of 1s. I wanted to ask the current 1s developers if this is really so? What are the prospects for the 1C market in your opinion?

A good 1C nickname is very difficult to find and they are always in price. And if there is also a seven, then in general. That is, the program seems to be outdated, but many medium and large enterprises remain on it due to the difficulties of updating, and there are fewer and fewer specialists. But what is 7, what is 8, both are always in price and it is unlikely that this will change in the next 10-20 years.
in a big city there will always be bread,
but for gadgets, something listed on Upwork is better, for example, Golang
The main thing is not to turn into a platform updater and 1s operator. Study the possibilities of the language, typical configurations, BSP and you will be happy. And don't forget to write in other languages at the same time
As a former 1C nickname, I will tell you my opinion. I developed it myself for 1C for 7 years. According to the prospects, everything is ok, and with work too. 1C is not going anywhere in the foreseeable future, there are no real competitors on the horizon either. I can’t even imagine what could shake the current dominance of 1C in the ERP market for small and medium-sized businesses. But there is one but. Perhaps in the future you will get bored with 1C and want to jump to another stack. And here it turns out, it is painful and difficult. 1C is a separate planet. And years of experience at 1C cost almost nothing and are not quoted when you look for a job on another stack.
With 1C, you are limited to the Russian market, as a rule it is strictly to the office, the salary is in rubles and it depends heavily on the economy of the country and the city (as an example, the collapse of the ruble after 2014).
