Pros and cons of Bootstrap?
Soon I will have to make up my personal account. Managers want to implement this framework for this, arguing that development is faster and easier to support.
I don't want to implement it. But I still don't understand how to explain it to them.
In my opinion Bootstrap is more suitable for prototyping.
In this regard, the questions arose, what would be the pros and cons of implementing Bootstrap, what should be feared and what would be the restrictions?
I honestly have never used it in large development projects, so it's hard for me to judge the exhaust.
It seems to me that if the designer leaves the concept of the framework, then this will add a headache in changing the source code and support. And for some reason, I have no doubt that our designers will go for "treason". In this case, it turns out that you are sawing the framework for the task, it's stupid.
It’s still okay to take a grid from it, but I don’t want to use it to the fullest.

Long cart about Bootstrap .
There are examples of situations where Bootstrap is NOT suitable.
Using bootstrap, you run the risk of writing clear, high-quality and maintainable code.
The disadvantages are that other people will be able to understand your layout, and you can be replaced.
Therefore, when they want to bind the project to themselves, the code must be of such poor quality that no one can figure it out (homemade bicycles without the use of third-party components are 99.9% like that), which is what you are going to do.
Bootstrap is a golden, indestructible magical armor. But for a person with a height of 1.2.
And do not show ready-made admin panels to managers , because they may decide that a layout designer is not needed at all. Almost any front-end worker can assemble from ready-made components.
It happens that the upcoming work causes rejection for some internal reasons. But in fact, you will at least get a new skill, which will add an additional advantage to you as a specialist. So I would advise you to treat this as an opportunity to learn at the expense of the employer :)
It is important in such cases not to try to use the framework without delving into its essence too much. Because in this case, work and subsequent support can really turn into a headache. I advise you to take the time to study this popular tool.

The bootstrap grid (4 versions, in scss) helps a lot in the layout of any projects that were not drawn by a monkey, but by a designer who understands what grids are and how it all works.
Typesetters who stick a full set of bootstrap into any project and redefine its styles (we are talking about strong re-cutting, not setting variables) and tweaking to make it all look like a layout - I consider dirty perverts.
If a personal account has a purely utilitarian role and if only it works, without claims for uniqueness and all sorts of marketing, then taking a ready-made ui is a great and economical idea.
I don’t understand, many people say they write a bicycle, what the hell is a bicycle? I'm trying to do a simple indent!!
But this hueta does not, that's not doing it and that's it. No styles block this thing, I can't fucking just change the color of the block. What kind of convenience are we talking about, boilerplate code and damn it,
here’s a fucking indentation, what’s stopping this garbage?

if you use it - it will be difficult to get away from the concept. So there is no objective reason not to use it.
I don't like drawing in divas. Well, I don't like everything. solid divas - it's fucking bad! I love tables and other tags. I like minimal templating. I am a minimalist and proud of it. bootstrap is cool, but not cool!
