Property not displayed in Bitrix?

Hello.
You need to add a custom property to the infoblock. The problem is that it doesn't show up on the site. The property is active. In the editing form settings, the property has been moved to "selected fields". It is selected in the component parameters. Also, in the page template, after all the actions taken, the line with the symbolic code of this property was not displayed. Added manually - also did not help. I am attaching screenshots. Please tell me what could be the problem

In the last screenshot, there is no code responsible for displaying this property (and indeed any of the properties).
There is a commented out print_r. If you uncomment it, is the property visible in the tree?
If not, did you clear the cache?
If you haven’t cleaned it yet, try not ovchinnokov: component, but the standard, Bitrix one.
