In connection with the free money that appeared, itching hands on self-isolation and burning from the unstable operation of TV over WiFi, I thoroughly engaged in informatization at home. Initially, there was a MIKROTIK RB2011UIAS-2HND-IN router, standing on the 2nd floor in the geometric center of the house. The repair was done a long time ago, no one in the family thought about IT, I was a little - they didn’t even lay a TV cable in the walls. Due to the thick load-bearing walls (50cm), as well as ordinary ones (30cm), a normal signal covered about half of the house. The option with repeaters has been dismissed, it's too late to ditch the walls. As a result, I installed a 9-unit cabinet in place of the router, bought a MIKROTIK CRS326-24G-2S + RM switch, changed the old cheap plinths to modern ones with cable channels, spread almost 2 three-hundred-meter bays ftp 5e along the plinths and the cable channel between the floors. Brought 19 points on all TV, computers, etc. in socket boxes on the plinth. Another 5 wires were drilled out for video surveillance around the perimeter (the maximum length of the route is 40 meters). In the closet, I crossed everything through the patch panel. The intercom is now analog Commax, but fortunately, 10 years ago, he insisted that an armored ftp cat6 from the gate to the entry panel + power cable be placed under the stacking paving stones with a concrete cushion.

3) Will the Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2/8P recorder cope with the task? Do I need a separate poe switch?
4) What call panel to take? DS-KD8003-IME1/Flush- a little expensive, DS-KV8102-IP- will it work? I want it cheaper so that it is not unscrewed))
5) In matters of ACS, I am a complete noob. As I understand it, you can’t do without a controller to use cards? Hikvision has a large one - can it be installed outdoors or can I get something compatible from another vendor?
7) Are there any integrations with automatic swing/sliding gates?
8) Any reasonable criticism and advice on how to do better or what I did wrong is welcome.
