Proper handling of iron?

How to properly handle iron?
Here inside the computer there are many components and it's pissed off to touch. What can be touched, and what cannot?
On what surfaces can computer components be placed? How to properly hold a processor, video card, hard drive, motherboard, and any other components in your hands?
What absolutely can not be done when touching components?

I heard that sometimes memory is beaten with static, but I myself have not come across it. Touch the battery to clear your conscience (tell others that you have OCD) or buy a useless bracelet.
No, except for jokes, it’s enough just not to touch the iron with wet hands and not to pull it out of a working PC.
You can hold in any position. Try not to break off anything small. Everything.

Try not to get like in a joke about smart and strong. And then there are frames that manage to incorrectly shove wires, memory, processor into the connectors, regardless of all the keys, cuts, latches.
