Prompt service for tasks

At the moment I use Google Tasks, it suits everyone, except for the inability to share the list of tasks.
I tried RememberTheMilk and doit.im, but there are no hierarchical tasks.

Are there any other good services? Mandatory — native applications for iPhone and Android, hierarchical tasks.

I recommend Astrid.
There are clients for iOS and Android. Synchronization with the Astrid service itself (an adequate web interface, by the way), Google Tasks, Producteev. There is sharing.
