There are many such services on the web. Free accounts are usually limited by the size of the screenshot and the number of screenshots per month.

I use Pixlr.com They have the Pixlr Grabber addon for FF and Chrome pixlr.com/grabber
I chose because Pixlr Editor online photoshop is also nearby, everything together is very convenient
