With fine-tuning blogging.
- You need to have 1 common blog in which users write
- The ability to prohibit creating your own sections for the blog, or preferably the absence of this function
- No division into new, old, etc.

I tried LS and several free ones, but they did not fit. There is no time to finish. The functionality is needed simple and the existing systems are too loaded.

instead of putting minuses, you could tell wordpress + what plugin is needed for it. I know about the existence of wordpress, Drupal and others. But I am not competent in their capabilities, in other ways, like YOU.
