Promotion in Yandex and Google of a site with a pirated theme and WP plugins?

Hi all.
If there is a site on WP, but the theme is pirated, like the plugins, how does this affect the promotion of the site? Who faced?

Can landing pages move somewhere? - except for super low-frequency requests. Well, don't care about plugins. but if the topic is right under the blueprint. and sites with the same design - several or even more content. then gg. And plugins to which there is little trust - often a little later they redirect from your site to some other one. and then people ask what I have when I go to my site, they throw it on another
