Project management: found a course/training for "life", not theory?

I want to understand who and how solved the problem for themselves: to systematize and develop their knowledge and skills in project management? And then there are a lot of courses (online / offline), and there are "talking heads" and very few practitioners and very little real practice, mostly 5-10 toys, from which there is little use and is not applicable in life.
Faced a problem/task to systematize the experience and "pump"/gain knowledge of project management. As a result, I attended 5 courses/trainings on project management and realized that I lack real examples and practice. Now I am looking for a course/training with the maximum applied benefit for people like me. I will send the search result to all participants who agree to answer questions (link). 1. create your own team, complete several projects, grow your business;
2. create your own product/service, assemble a team for it and grow your business;
