Prohibition of downloading the site through .htaccess, is it possible to do it?

Hello.
How can I disable the download of a site, a site on html.
It seems like through htaccess, you can implement it.

It’s just that if you think about it, you can go into the site code and copy the entire year of the page, and there you can also follow the links to css, and download the styles, and the pictures, too, so I’m thinking whether it’s worth making a ban. If it can be bypassed.

- You can obfuscate JS, but it will help if you don't use free services, because another person can also use the same service for decoding.
- Also, through JS, you can disable the right mouse button and keyboard shortcuts. Bypassed by disabling js for a specific site through browser extensions.
- Can be disabled via .htaccess hotlink.
And now to the point:
It is impossible to physically forbid the user to download the site page. All that I wrote above - it only complicates life for those who will clone or simply take the structure of the site.
