Progress? Are comments from an article closed on Habré available?

It appears that progress has begun in not deleting comments on closed articles.
I went to see the provocative troll article “Open Source: do you need it?” with the address habrahabr.ru/post/148039/ to find out what happened to the author. Unexpectedly, it turned out that

" Publication access denied. You are trying to open a publication written by user versetty that has been deactivated/deleted. "
Unexpectedly - because at the same time I saw my comment in the list of comments, and earlier the comments of closed and deleted articles disappeared from the site without a trace. This is a good sign, because one of the most “shameful” problems of the site related to the removal of user-generated content has begun to be solved, when not only deserving data was deleted, but also comments on them, often having a value much greater than the subject of discussion.
If this issue is resolved for all categories of deleted articles, then, apparently, you can already worry much less about your own content in the form of comments - it can be saved and copied not in a fire order from the search engine cache, but from the list of your comments if necessary.
If anyone is interested, you can still see the article in the Google cache, although this illogical stuffing is not of particular interest. It matters more here that the author was given to understand that such unreasonable judgments are not accepted by the community for worthy reading and existence on the resource, and either he himself deleted his account, or someone helped him with this.

IMHO, generally it is impossible to delete articles. God bless her, with the mentioned publication, a dull stuffing of a hungry troll. But it was banned (for whatever reason) too many authors of really interesting and useful articles. And you have to look for a lot of content on all sorts of habr mirrors. And the favorites have to be transferred to your pantry at all, otherwise the risk of wasting time in Google once again is too great.

It should be noted that the article was from a sandbox, and the author received an invite from UFO for it. That is, for the same article, he received an invite and was banned. Cheerful UFO at habr.

This is some kind of habr bug, my comments on this article, moved to drafts, have disappeared.
