Hello.
Since yesterday, Habr has not opened when logging in from the Ukrtelecom network. A detailed investigation showed that DNS habrahabr.ru does not resolve, and habr.ru resolves normally. Of course, I immediately changed the DNS settings in the modem to public ones.
The support team responded to the question quite quickly - in 4 hours. The guy called and said that now they have such a problem, they are solving it ... The
question is - do many people have this, or am I so lucky?

Cherkasy, Ukrtelecom - normal flight over the past couple of days. Now I checked from home (also Ukrtelecom) - everything opens.
