Completed several projects in Enterprise Architect . Pros:
1. a clear accounting of software requirements, which allows you to really understand which request is implemented by what;
2. connection with version control, you can at least understand what changed when and how;
3. actually perform a round-trip (generation / reverse / generation), not without problems, of course, but by other means I could not achieve it at all on my sharpe;
Cons:
1. does not work well with generics, generation is possible, reverse - no, he does not see them;
2. some slowness;
3. difficult with scale diagrams, but maybe I just have a small monitor

IBM Rational Requisite Pro
IBM Rational/Telelogic DOORS
Borland Caliber RM
Sybase PowerDesigner
...
Visual Paradigm as an option for design, support for UML, SysML, OG ArchiMate notations, as well as a bunch of options for describing BP (BPMN, etc.).
Archi isn't bad either, it helps you see things as a whole, it's easy to use, and uses ArchiMate.
