It turned out to be in the hands, according to the owner, a non-working VASCO DP 270 token. After opening and replacing the battery, it turned out to be quite working. It only asks for a new PIN code. The keys do not respond, but the display shows navigation arrows. At the back of the board are contacts for connecting, most likely, a debugging mechanism. The second day I'm looking for datasheets for this board, but all to no avail. On the board there is something filled with epoxy.
Has anyone come across programming this kind of tokens? I would very much like to attach this token in the economy.

Enter a new PIN code ;-)
And get somewhere its SEED - a secret 128/192/256-bit value, without which it will hardly be useful to you in the household.
