Programmers what is your pressure?

Hi, I'm 23, I found myself with low blood pressure (108/57 - and I feel good) I guess due to overwork and a sedentary lifestyle lately, I want to know if it's true.
And all because there was drowsiness during the day, fatigue in the morning, reduced performance, emotional instability. Here I think how to overcome and not lose all health at a young age for the sake of prosperity.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed with VVD of the hypertensive type, and was hospitalized with a pressure of 180/90. On average, the pressure was 130-140 / 80-85 for all the years after the diagnosis (I advise you to get an Omron blood pressure monitor at home) and I also felt fine. 3 months ago I decided to check the weight and was horrified, 96kg. with a height of 175 cm. I went to the gym, went on a diet (more precisely, I replaced many harmful products with healthier ones) and I still adhere to it and already -17kg. I quit drinking and smoking (I drink a couple of glasses of wine once a month or two) and began to feel good only from all this. And the pressure, as in the textbook, is 120-130 / 80. Take care of yourself and don't get sick!

It has nothing to do with the computer. There are also non-computers hypotension. Develop the cardiovascular system as much as possible, but without overload

In the gym to a personal trainer a couple of times a week for 2 months - this is from a sedentary lifestyle. Health is more valuable than money.
Many people have low blood pressure, not computer people. And yet not many people know how to measure it.
