You can easily find the official API for receiving funds. But how to make payments from one QIWI wallet to another (also for yandex)? I never found it, there was only a bot script on one forum that can make a payment (but this is not an API) and probably not quite according to the rules of payment systems. Are there any options for QIWI and Yandex?
