Is there a program for Windows (preferably with Windows XP support) that would overlay a pixel grid on the screen - with the ability to set arbitrary cell length and width - regardless of which program I currently have open? I was only able to find Meazure , where the minimum length and width values ​​are 40px, which is quite a lot.
