Program for mailing letters
I do not know where to turn with a similar question, but I think habr will help.
In my area of work, I quite often have to send the same type of emails (letters with one header, one message body, one attachment). Now this is all done manually, once or twice a month you have to send out about 200-300 letters a day, sometimes under 500.
I would like to automate this process. Of course, it is desirable for free, but then how it will turn out :)
So, please advise what and how you can automate this? (software, service or something else?)
No spam, no junk mail, this is strictly business correspondence, people are interested in these letters. So it's all fair.

Excellent program for sending spam.
Allows you to create letter templates, mailing lists and more.
Too bad it's paid.
I made it easier - I tied the mail to Google mail, added everyone to the "blind copy" and sent it :) It seems to work)
well, the easiest thing is to use subcribe.ru… if you have your own mail domain and server… then use its capabilities to create mailing lists or transfers (mail groups)… well, of course, no one has canceled mailman.
subscribe people to the newsletter and everything will be ok!
There are excellent services for "white" mailings:
www.unisender.com/ru
www.mailchimp.com
Statistics, link tracking, auto-unsubscribe, etc.
If there is a ready-made template in MS Word and a mailing list in MS Excel - why not use the Mailing tool in Word itself? there is a merge wizard, it takes a selection of recipients from a file in which you can fill in the full name for substitution in the template, etc., then sends it from the address to which Outlook is configured.
it all depends on your mail server... for example, in the case of ms exchange, there are no restrictions on the number of people in the forwarding... and rules can be created... that only a certain addressee can be sent to this address, etc.... the vast majority of mail servers have similar capabilities.
If once or twice 500 letters each, then this is only 1k per month. Many mailing services have a free plan, google it. There is also the possibility of sending via smtp host (some norms have traffic, some have 50 letters per hour) or via gmail - there are limits of 500 letters per day. If customers are interested in emails and won't reap spam, these options are fine. If there are more subscribers, then it is already necessary to consider either the mailing service (expensive), or rent smtp + script or program, or pull smtp on vps and send it through the program (it takes longer, but it's cheap). I myself use e-mail studio (I thought at first to buy a mailer, a verifier and an extractor, then I figured it would be more expensive). I do mailings on bases of 100k, so the above methods will not help me. The only negative is that checking addresses takes a lot of time because
I can recommend a multifunctional program both for forming a subscription base and for advertising StandartHarvester. I use it myself, I am very pleased here is a link to the site standartsoft.ru/harvester
I don’t know about you, but I really like the StandartMailer program, I am satisfied with absolutely everything: interface, quality, simplicity. If you are interested, here is the link: StandardMailer.ru
Here is the program https://yadi.sk/d/PSSI65V2rhKbQ
I did it myself. Sends letters via smtp server Yandex, Mile, Rambler, and you can specify another smtp server.
The mailing is done in turn from the specified boxes - the first letter from the first box, the second letter from the second box, and so on. Free. If you have any questions - write to the email specified in the program.
