Sygic and iGo, both small shoals sometimes climb out of any navi software.
I didn’t try TomTom specifically for Android, separately in navigators - it adequately leads around Europe.

Just returned from Italy, last year was in Crete. I used IGO - it drove very well, but there were a couple of moments when it led to the right place, but on a strange road ... Turning around on a hill on a narrow gravel path surrounded by grazing sheep is fun, but scary :)
In general, I recommend IGO plus look at Signposts plus use common sense by avoiding very small roads. And most importantly - do not forget to take a car charger =)

iGO for android is a bit flawed, compared to WM. The maps are the same, but the interface is not convenient and some of the functions are missing. Partially solved by installing interfaces from enthusiasts, but it does not reach the level of IGO on WM. Although copes with the main function. iGO's maps of Europe are excellent. I had to fornicate, but not criminally.
