I found two such programs: Sim Selector and Sim Switcher. Both do not work on my wife's smartphone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082). A very urgent problem - several times the replenished amounts flew out “with a whistle” due to the wrong current SIM card. Thank you.
