Profile migration between domains?

There was a domain network, 1 wood, 1 domain and client computers. The domain controller has been lost. Users now log in to their accounts through the local Active Directory cache. Raised new DC, keeping the domain name and forest, as well as network settings.
How do I migrate user profiles from the old infrastructure to the new one? How to add them to a new domain.

No way - because migration from a non-existent place is impossible.
