Products stopped updating in bitrix when exchanging with 1C?

Good evening, I ran into a problem with the exchange of information 1c and Bitrix site. When unloading the nomenclature, the information (characteristics, description, photo) is no longer updated, while the balances, prices are updated without problems. Tried partial, full, forced unloading - no results.
Did local unloading - information from xml is present.
I checked the files that come to the site at the time of the exchange and reports (upload / 1c_catalog) - all the information is also there.
In the 1C settings - flags are set for versioning properties and their values.
In the Bitrix settings, the flag "Use element checksums to optimize catalog updates" is disabled.
What could be wrong? Thoughts are spinning in my head about copying the site to another hosting with checking the download there, but I think it is unlikely that this is the problem.

I restored an earlier backup copy through Bitrix, the problem was solved, now it uploads correctly.
