How to fix white screen on Bitrix?

Friends, the site on Bitrix flew. Tried to restore a backup for the day when everything worked - nothing helped. White screen almost all over the site.
The main page works - 89164645990.ru
But all sections of the catalog show a white screen. Example:
89164645990.ru/catalog
89164645990.ru/catalog/nakleyki_dlya_sada
89164645990.ru/catalog/dekor_sten etc.
Moreover, if you add index.php to the main directory, then it is displayed:
89164645990.ru/catalog/index.php
Debug included wherever possible - errors still do not come out anywhere. Help me understand what's wrong? Thanks

Did you restore only the database or the code too?
There are few options:
1) You accidentally spoiled some project file and you need to restore the backup of the nominal code, not the database.
2) The hoster disabled some php module that was previously enabled by default and you need to go to the hosting admin panel and enable it. Or even changed the version of php. But decent hosters rarely do this, so the first option looks more plausible.
3) If you are sure that nothing has changed and "it is itself", then download the site to a LAN, deploy it to Denver or something similar. See if there is an error or not.
