Product or service analysis?

How to analyze the real demand for a product or service?
I'll give you an example.
Chat bots, custom development or chat bot service.

I look at wordstat / google trends / keyword planner / keyword analysis of existing services

Direct demand shows up to one thousand requests per month, with rare exceptions of 10 thousand requests.

If you take the keywords of the designers of these chatbots, then it’s clear there, they are trying to promote and advertise about low-frequency queries.

But if you read about marketing research, then there are very large numbers in question.
Also on habr and vc there are a lot of reviews, both positive and negative, about these chatbots and a lot of articles about them.

According to research, the demand for chat bots is growing.
How, then, to be guided by, whom to trust?
I would like to thank everyone for the good advice.

Nobody can be trusted. There are objective statistics) only its owners have real information about the demand for a particular product and they are not going to tell you the truth

Nothing can be trusted. If you want to try to make money on this, then do a basic campaign and see if there are purchases.
Only by trial can you understand by allocating a microscopic budget for the most basic requests and analyzing the demand.
Then it will be clear whether this business is worth expanding or there are no customers there.
