Is it worth making the product names a tag, or is it better to make the article titles under the product with this tag?

For the H1 tag, the length limit should not exceed 50 characters (the shorter the better), and contain no more than three words. Based on this rule, you should conclude that if the product names are small, then I recommend using the tag, as this will focus the request.

Regarding your idea to use the h1 tag for the title of the article, I want to warn you that the product card must have a special micro markup , so the placement of "articles" is not recommended. You can enclose the product description or attributes in the h1 tag, but leave the product title at least h2
