Processor Intel (R) Celeron (R) B800 1.5 GHz @ 1.5 Ghz - how to enable NX, PAE and SSE2?

There is an Intel (R) Celeron (R) B800 1.5 GHz @ 1.5 Ghz processor (detailed description) . I want to enable NX / PAE technology on it and change SSE4.x to SSE2. How to do it?

SSE4.x to SSE2 should be backward compatible.
Support for PAE is provided by installing a driver in 32-bit operating systems.
On 64 bit it is not needed. The processor in the link supports up to 16 GB of RAM.
NX is included in the BIOS
