Processor for information security: intel or amd?

I am planning to buy a laptop. I've been seeing how amd has been pushing intel lately, offering a better price/performance ratio. Therefore, there was a choice:
1. i5 10210u;
2.ryzen 4500u/4600hs.
I will also be glad to receive information on my question for any processors of the zen + / zen2 architecture.
Question: how stable is linux, kali utilities, reverse, etc. intel is ahead of amd and is it ahead?
