The computer sometimes starts to lag because of Illustrator: when the mouse moves, frame animation can sometimes occur (in the sense of 10 FPS // Just a joke). I decided to go to the task manager, and it says about the working time of 10 days, even though I turn it off after completing my business. However, the motherboard and keyboard (shine) after turning off the computer, maybe that's why? Will this affect performance?

lag you most likely due to the lack of drivers for the video card (even if it is built-in, you need to install a lot of things).
In exceptional situations, if your processor works a lot, and the thermal paste between it and the cooling system has not been changed for a long time, this can also slow down the entire system, up to freezes and glitches. But it’s better not to bring it up to this and change the thermal paste in a timely manner and clean the coolers from dust / replace them.
