Processed video from camera to stream (mjpeg)?

Hello people,
tell me which way to dig, what you need:
we get a picture (video) from a webcam, process it (processing / java), now you need to convert the processed picture (video) into mjpeg so that you can freely distribute it.
that's actually the question, where to dig, are there ready-made libraries for processinga to overtake video in mjpeg?

You can try to make something based on ffserver, or you can write your own bike.
I myself once made a bicycle for such things: the processed frames were placed in a circular buffer, and the client received a kind of mjpeg using CGI.

Here , however, abandoned a long time ago. The next time I do something like this, I'll do it a little differently.
