Problems with url for custom post type. How to fix the 404 page issue?

Faced a problem. There are 2 plugins: Types (a special post type is created) and Remove slug from custom post type (removes the category for the post type in the url). The essence of the problem is that old custom posts are displayed normally, new ones are redirected to the 404 page. We asked the hosting admins to rewrite .htaccess (there is also nginx ) temporarily helped, now it has surfaced again, what can be done?
I tried the following
1. Replacing types with cpt ui - did not help
2. Resaving the CNC settings - did not help
3. Disabled to the standard theme, turned off all plugins except those used - did not help

The problem seems to be in the "Remove slug from custom post type" plugin. Try restarting this plugin after publishing a new custom post. It looks like he does not take into account new posts.
But perhaps the problem is and / only in permalinks. After installing this plugin, it was necessary to put it on the standard and then again on what was used.
