Problems with translating a clip into a GIF. What to do?

Hello! For the first time on fconvert.ru I "turned" a video clip into a GIF. Everything was fine, but when I made the second gif, a file is downloaded there, which weighs 801 bytes (this is the case with every second file). Disabled adblock, didn't help.
