Problems with the yarn serve command?

Vue.js

I downloaded and created a vue js folder and write either: yarn serve or vue run serve (whatever vue decides)
and the error comes out:

` ERROR Failed to compile with 1 error

This relative module was not found:

* ./src/main.js in multi(webpack)-dev-server/client? http://192.168.1.6:8080&sockPath=/sockjs-node (webpack)/hot/dev-server.js ./src/main.js`

Please help I have been unable to solve this for 4 days
