Recently, a problem has appeared that can not be solved, the taskbar (start panel) in Windows 7 has ceased to limit the expansion of windows. Perhaps someone faced this problem? How to return back.

P.S. There are no checkboxes like a panel on top of other windows in Windows 7!

Solution found. It was necessary to do exactly Logout / Logon (user change) ! Restarting and shutting down doesn't help!

Try turning auto-hide off in the properties. Well, or off, turn it on and off.
As well as you can conjure with lock / unlock.
