I connect to the Internet (Rostelecom, via a wire directly to a PC) and go to any site in Google / Yandex (browsers) and the Internet turns off when I try to connect, it says that the cable is not connected. After the reboot, I go to opera / Microsoft edge and all sites work, the Internet does not turn off

Look at the cable, maybe the tracks are acidified.
Also reset the network in:
Settings -> Network and Internet -> Reset network
